At Pure Essence we truly understand that things happen. A 24 hour notice cancellation or rescheduling is asked for to ensure the the flow of the day and allow others to properly be seen. Clients who wish to reschedule will have to do so within 24 hours of the original appointment to prevent cancellation fees. Failure to do so in the timely manner will result in a cancellation fee of the secured deposit or blocked from any future appointments.
